Carica is a family office fund focused on providing growth equity to scale sustainable companies with proven business models. Prior to co-founding Carica, Ham held roles at One Equity Partners, Turnbridge Capital, Sithe Global, and McKinsey & Co. He received his MA in Environmental Sciences from the Yale School of the Environment and his BA from Harvard.
