Jim has been involved with financing growth companies for over 20 years and has created and managed seven different funds prior to Forage. Jim was a founder of three equity funds, three subordinated debt funds, and the FCC Ventures direct investment program.

Jim has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Alberta
