Brian Roesslein

Brian Roesslein serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ostara and is responsible for the Company’s finance, information technology, and supply chain functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, risk management, financial reporting, procurement, and inventory management. He partners closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to support strategic growth, capital allocation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Mr. Roesslein brings more than 15 years of experience in financial leadership, operational finance, and risk management across manufacturing, consumer products, financial services, and industrial organizations. Since joining Ostara in 2022, he has played a key role in building the financial infrastructure required to support the Company’s transition to fertilizer manufacturing, strengthening financial planning, reporting, cash management, costing, and operational decision-making capabilities.

Prior to joining Ostara, Mr. Roesslein held finance leadership positions with Precoat Metals and Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he led financial planning, business integration, reporting, and operational finance initiatives for complex manufacturing and consumer products businesses. Earlier in his career, he served in finance and risk management roles with Wells Fargo Advisors and Pinnacle Entertainment.

Mr. Roesslein holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri.
